Website Maintenance Contracts


Once it has gone live your website will need ongoing management. We offer website maintenance and management programs that are professional, inexpensive and take care of all your web support needs. We work with you to ensure that your website provides accurate and up-to-date information to your visitors.

Bronze maintenance package : £10/month


If you are a start-up or small business, the Bronze maintenance package is an ideal way for you to keep on top of your website without excessive costs, or spending valuable time yourself.


What you get;



Silver maintenance package : £20/month


If you need regular updates to your website text or images, and you wish to ensure that your website is working flawlessly, a Silver maintenance package is recommended.

Gold maintenance package : £40/month


Are website issues and problems critical to your business? If so, our Gold maintenance package is ideal for you.

Pay-as-you-go : £25/hour


If you need infrequent and irregular updates and/or support for your website you may prefer to pay our flat rate.

Minimum charge of £25 per year applies.


Domain management : £25/annum


Domain management for your website's main domain name is included as part of the above packages. If you have domain names that are not directly part of your website, Look Lively can manage and renew these domain names, whether or not we registered them for you. Please ask about redirects, domain parking or any other domain service.

Our standard packages may not be appropriate for your business. We can tailor packages to suit your particular requirements. If you don't see an ideal package, talk to us for recommendations on a bespoke solution.


What you can use your maintenance contract for;


Your support time can be used for consultation, or for any of our services, as listed above. Current clients use contract time for tasks such as; content updating, adding new pages, meetings, or telephone support and consultancy.


How much can we do in an hour?


Our experience and specialist knowledge means we work quickly and efficiently. As a rough guide, text changes on an existing web page might take between 5 and 15 minutes, adding a new page to your site might take between 45 and 90 minutes. When we receive a request from you, we will tell you how long it will take to complete the job, and proceed when authorised by you.


If you use more than your contract allows;


If you use more than your contracted hours in a particular month, any further support requirements will be quoted for separately at a fixed rate of £25/hour. We will advise you if you go over your allocated hours and ensure that we get the go-ahead from you before carrying out any work that will incur additional costs.


If you use less than your contract allows;


If you do not use all your support hours in a particular month you can 'carry over' the equivalent of 1 months support time to the next month. For example if your contract gives you 60 minutes of support time per month, the maximum amount of unused support time you can carry forward is 60 minutes. If you find that you are consistently requiring less hours than your contract states, we will be happy to revise your contract to meet your needs more closely.


Is there a minimum contract length?


The minimum contract term is 12 months. Contracts are payable in advance.
