Look Lively Web Design Ltd. is a small business. It is run and managed by myself, Rich Horn. I take pride in our direct personal customer service. This is one of our great strengths. I guarantee that you will always get to talk to me about your business/website, not passed from one person to another, or subjected to any automated customer service system - apart from maybe my answer machine if I am unavailable.

I will always answer telephone and email enquiries. If I am unavailable, leave a message and I will get back to you.

Promises, promises

I will promise only what we can deliver. We will always deliver what I promise. Reliability is one of the keys to any good relationship, and good customer service is no exception.

Listen

Is there anything more exasperating than telling someone what you want or what your problem is and then discovering that that person hasn't been paying attention? From a customer's point of view, I doubt it. I won't give you inane sales pitches, product babble or fob you off with excuses. I'll let you, my customer, talk, I'll listen and endeavour to make the appropriate responses, such as suggesting how to solve any problem.

The extra mile

The one-to-one nature of our customer relationships allows me to really put in that extra effort to get it right. It is a matter personal pride to me to provide as good a service as possible.
